The Journey That Brought Me Here
how it started
I’ve always known one thing: growth is possible, even when it feels far away.
My own journey has been shaped by curiosity, courage, and an unshakable belief that we’re never truly “stuck”—we just haven’t found the right tools for change, personal growth, mindset coaching, or support for women yet. I’ve created my life through trial and error, facing tears and heartbreak, but always holding onto the belief that with the right mindset and tools, anything is possible.
My Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, with additional certifications in Narrative Therapy, Life Coaching, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
Everything I offer through La Rosa Maravilla is built on this foundation—deeply rooted in science and an unwavering belief in possibility. Whether it’s through self-paced personal development courses, eBooks for women, or empowering growth tools, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way.
